Carlene Fraser, RPT, CLT
Carlene is an experienced physiotherapist known for her dedication to patient care. Her critical thinking skills along with the ability to forge relationships and collaborate with other healthcare providers have helped to create possibilities and identify opportunities to improve patient care outcomes. Carlene also uses a holistic approach and a patient-centric model in managing her clients.

Carlene possesses over 22 years of physiotherapy training and experience which involves assessing and treating: orthopedic conditions both acute and chronic, pre and post-op conditions, neuromuscular, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, motor vehicle (MVA) and workplace (WSIB) injuries, cancer rehab and lymphedema management.

As a lifelong learner, Carlene remains informed of the latest data and treatment recommendations in her areas of specialization. She further, incorporates this knowledge with an evidence-based practice to advance the quality of care offered to her clients.
Carlene is certified in complete decongestive therapy which includes manual lymphatic drainage, acupuncture, dry needling, the McKenzie treatment method and trained in pelvic health.

As a Certified Health and Life Coach, Carlene also offers coaching to clients with chronic conditions and encourages them to retake control of their health. Clients are coached on how to change the trajectory of their diagnoses using a natural and holistic approach. Clients are encouraged to make small changes and take empowered steps toward transforming their lives and reaching their health goals.
